Why am I not receiving your emails?

Most likely your account doesn't recognize our updated email address and we're sitting in your spam or junk folder. To ensure you receive our communications, we recommend you check for selfcare@mynd-spa.com and add us to your safe sender list. 

Can I still use the prior brand’s gift card, series, or membership at Mynd?

Yes! All gift cards can be redeemed at any of our 26 Mynd locations and have no expiration date. All of our programs (Series, Membership) remain as well.

Is Cupping the right enhancement for you?

Yes if You:

  • Experience chronic muscular discomfort, tension, or pain
  • Have sensitivity to deep pressure
  • Wish to enhance your deep tissue experience

No if You:

  • Have health conditions that are not appropriate for a Swedish massage like uncontrolled high blood pressure, uncontrolled diabetes, skin conditions, vascular conditions, fevers as well as if you are currently pregnant or undergoing chemotherapy or radiation treatments

Maybe if You:

  • Experience low blood pressure or are currently taking blood thinners

When should I arrive for my appointment?

To enjoy the full Mynd experience, please arrive 15 minutes before any hair, nail, or waxing services and 30 minutes before all other services. This gives you time to slip on a robe, enjoy a beverage, and just...chill. 

What If I'm Running Late?

Timing is Everything

Please note that treatments must end on time, regardless of their start time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will not be able to carry out your service or offer a refund or credit.




What's the cancellation policy?

To ensure all guests begin their treatment on time and receive the full Mynd experience, we ask that you notify us if you are unable to make your appointment.

• 24 hour minimum notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any single service.

• 48 hour notice is required for the cancellation of any multiple-service bookings.

• A full-service charge will be incurred for any late cancellations or no-show appointments.

What should I expect? What's the spa experience like?

For the comfort of all of our clients, we ask that all cell phones are turned off.

Robes and slippers are provided for your comfort and safety in our changing rooms. A locker room is provided for your personal things.

Prior to your service, you may be required to complete a confidential Guest Pre-Treatment Form to safeguard your well-being and comfort, and to allow us to safely deliver our services by minimizing any risk of injury. 

How does your pricing work? Is gratuity included?

Mynd reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or raise prices on treatments without prior notification. This is to ensure that our high service standards are met. If you have any questions, please ask a Mynd Concierge when you book your appointment. Gratuities and tipping are at the discretion of our clients. Gift cards do not include gratuity unless specifically noted.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, personal checks, and cash. To secure your appointment, we require a credit card or valid gift card/eGift that covers the full amount of scheduled services. However, you can pay for your services on the day of your appointment with a different credit card, a check, gift card, eGift card, or cash.

Do you do group events or parties?

Absolutely. Group spa events, as well as corporate and leisure events, are available at both our spa locations or at the off-site venue of your choosing. View events for more information or to book. 

Can children come to the spa?

Children under the age of 18 may need a signed waiver and/or accompaniment by a parent or adult guardian for services. Minors are not otherwise permitted in the Spa. Online bookings cannot be made by or for persons under 18 years of age. 

Can I request the gender of my massage therapist?

Please feel free to request a male or female therapist. Our therapists are highly trained to be sensitive to your comfort and modesty at all times.

Should I leave my valuables at home?

While we do provide lockers, Mynd Spa & Salon is not responsible for the loss or damage of your personal articles or property. We strongly advise that you do not bring valuables (such as expensive clothing and jewelry, money, etc.) with you to the spa. If you choose to bring valuable items with you, then you do so at your own risk and should not leave your items unattended. Select locations can provide safe deposit boxes for your convenience. 

What if I have a medical condition or I am pregnant?

We request that you disclose any medical conditions and/or prescription medications as some services may be contraindicated. Please advise our professional staff of any allergies or sensitivities or if you are pregnant. Prenatal massage begins at week 14 of a healthy pregnancy.

How do gift cards work?


Mynd gift cards may be purchased online or by phone: 833.289.6963. Gift cards may be redeemed at any of our locations, online or by phone.  

Mynd is not responsible for lost Classic Gift Cards or eGift Cards. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit, except where required by law. Classic Gift Cards and eGift Cards cannot be used towards Membership. To provide maximum protection to the purchaser, our Classic Gift Cards and eGift Cards become active the day following purchase. They will be honored at any of our Mynd locations. Services and prices may vary by location. 

Existing Gift Certificates convert to their original-purchase dollar value when:

• Redemption occurs after December 31 of the year following purchase year

• Redemption occurs and the designated service is not available

• Redemption in full of Spa Package does not occur in a single visit

• Redeemed for any services other than those which are listed on the gift certificate

If redemption occurs at a location other than the location designated at purchase, any difference in service listing prices or applicable sales tax may be due at check-out. Any changes or substitutions will forfeit any discounted prices.
